WHAT IS THE
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations over 30 days before arrival are refunded less a $250 fee. Within 30 days, refunds apply only to rebooked nights, less booking fees. All cancellations must be in writing and are final.
Payment + Fees
We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival. If the booking stay is within 30 days, the full payment is required upon booking.
Unforeseen Events
No refunds are provided for natural disasters, illness, or other events beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover any non-refundable costs.
Travel Insurance
I highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation. We offer an optional travel insurance option when booking on our website.
