All guests staying at a Cortado Villa are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours in order to fully confirm booking. A copy of the rental agreement is available upon request to view prior to booking. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you will be required to go through first verification through Hospitable. You understand that your check-in instructions will be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arrive we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there's no one living on site 24/7.

Do you allow early check in and late checkout?
Yes, as long as there is no same day check in/out, we can provide a 3 hour early check in or late check out for fee of $150.

No–Cortado Villa has a no pet policy to ensure a clean, allergy-friendly and peaceful environment for all guests.
How many people can Cortado Villa sleep?
The property sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably, featuring 4 bedrooms with 6 queen beds and 3.5 bathrooms.
Does Cortado Villa have parking?
Yes, the house has a driveway where you can park up to 3 cars tandem. With a central location, rideshare access is easily accessible around Austin.

Are events or photoshoots allowed at Cortado Villa?
No, our max occupancy is 12 people and due to city restrictions, we do not allow events or photoshoots.
Are private chefs and third party vendors allowed at Cortado Villa?
Yes we allow third party vendors at Cortado Villa with a Certificate of Insurance with Tredi Holdings, LLC listed as an additional insured.
Cancellations
Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee of $250. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will refund the nightly rate that the new guests paid minus any additional booking platform fees. No refund will be provided for nights that we were not able to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible.
Payment + Fees
We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival. If the booking stay is within 30 days, the full payment is required upon booking.
Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstances
There are no refunds for natural disasters, inclement weather, unexpected sickness, or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.
Travel InsuranceI highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation. We offer an optional travel insurance option when booking on our website.
